La verdad que un horror todo. Debería haber llegado entre el 23 y 27 octubre. Desde el 28 he estado intentando contactar con ellos para ver qué pasaba por todos los medios tlf fijo, móvil, whatsapp, Instagram, mail. Nada al final alguien en un fijo que no es el oficial me dijo que se pondrían en contacto conmigo. En efecto al día siguiente envío y en 2 días el papel en casa pero había pagado home service (para que lo colocaran). A día de hoy 7 noviembre sigo con el papel muerto de risa porque nadie lo pone ni me dan fecha para ello. En resumen, un autentico desastre la verdad. Es una pena porque el papel tiene pinton. Solo espero que sea de la calidad que creo y que lo único que tengan que arreglar sea la atención al cliente.
