Es la primera compra que hago en Repuestos Negrillo (juego de barras para coche). La verdad es que ha ido todo muy bien. El envio tardó un día más en llegar, pero llegó en perfectas condiciones. Sin duda los tendré en cuenta para futuras compras.

Llamé a la tienda de Negrillo para asesorarme y finalmente compré este juego de barras para un Toyota Corolla Touring Sport con rails integrados y encajan perfectamente. De momento, muy contento con la compra, sobretodo sabiendo que he conseguido un buen ahorro.

Tras usarlo 5 veces, ha funcionado fatal. Se desprendió uno de los 4 adaptadores de goma que contactan con el marco superior de la puerta al ir en marcha con la baca cargada. Carrocería rallada. No me da nada de confianza este sistema de montaje.
El servicio postventa de Negrillo ha funcionado al segundo contacto.
Cristina de soporte me atendió con amabilidad, precisión y me dio instrucciones nuevas de montaje del fabricante.
Sin embargo, llevo un mes y pico con las barras desmontadas del coche por falta de una talonera. Las necesito sólo para los veranos.
Me han enviado el recambio, pero no sé si el transportista me lo ha intentado entregar porque no recibí correos de seguimiento de envío ni llamadas/notificaciones por SMS o Whatsapp por el móvil.
Si recibo el recambio, seguiré las instrucciones de montaje del fabricante que me han llegado y usaré las barras, pero a día de hoy este sistema no me gusta.
Si sigo con problemas, me compraré el sistema Thule aunque valga el doble. Lo que tengo claro es que en caso de cambiar de coche en un futuro, buscaré que tenga railings en el techo, mi hermano y mi padre lo tienen en sus coches y nunca han tenido problema.
