Buenos días, pues la verdad que no estoy contenta con el pedido que realicé, ya que como saben, hubo un fallo en la entrega, me trajeron mal una cosa del pedido, y es que no ha sido la primera vez que me pasa con ustedes, ya me paso otra vez, que tuve otro problema y aquella vez la verdad que no me facilitaron para nada y al final tuve el pedido como debía ser, porque llamé varias veces para protestar. Es verdad que esta vez me lo han solucionado sin tantos problemas, pero no he tenido ninguna compensación de ningún tipo ni detalle después de lo que el fallo que fue de ustedes me ocasionó, ya que como se equivocaron en una cosa que me enviaron y me la enviaron mal, me la tuvieron que cambiar, y eso supuso que tuvo que estar toda otra mañana en casa una persona sin poderse mover para hacer otras cosas a esperar el pedido.
Por lo tanto no estoy satisfecha con el servicio de Nostrum Sport.
