El tiempo de entrega de los productos no es cierto. Lo pedí el viernes 29 de noviembre y estamos a 4 de diciembre y no he recibido nada. Hoy día 5 de diciembre me ha llegado. La culpa es de la compañía de transporte, no de la persona responsable de esta web, ya que mi pedido se proceso el mismo día, pero Sending si en mi zona no tiene paquetes para repartir no me lo trae

Hola Maria del Mar, lamento el retraso. Si no me avisa que aún no lo ha recibido, no puedo saber si ha habido alguna incidencia o no. Se lo voy a reclamar a la agencia para ver qué ha pasado e intentar que se lo entreguen lo antes posible. En otra ocasión, no dude en preguntarme si en un plazo de 48 horas hábiles no ha recibido el pedido.

El único comentario es que ya no se cumplen los plazos de entrega sobre si haces el pedido antes de 1h en concreta que te llegue en 24-48h, los últimos pedidos me han tardado 1 semana.
