El envío pésimo.
Nos dejaron el palé en mitad de la calle (siendo un local puerta calle)ni siquiera se molestaron en arrimarlo a la puerta.
Fatal.
El mueble venía sin instrucciones y ningún tipo.La persona que nos atendió por teléfono puso muy buena voluntad,intención y amabilidad y nos envío una foto de la página....poco más porque no lo tenía
Es un despropósito que un mueble para montar no traiga ni una triste hoja con alguna indicación.
Dudo que vuelva a hacer un pedido en esas condiciones.

Lamentamos la incidencia con el repartidor de la agencia de transportes, la entrega a pie de calle y el envío es gratuito.

Respecto al montaje tiene las instrucciones en la web y a un montador profesional al cual le puede consultar por teléfono o WhastsApp.
