Cuesta pintar con la punta, a veces pinta y a veces no, no lo entiendo muy bien... pero si consigues que pinte tendrás una raya definida y se puede eliminar fácilmente al ser waterproof.

La tienda es maravillosa, tiene productos baratos y buenos, da muchas facilidades a la hora de hacer pedidos y con los métodos de pago, y en teoría tardan 24/48h en llegar... digo en teoría porque a mi me llegaron en 3, ya que ASM (la empresa de reparto) ignoraba mis horarios y siempre venían cuando no estaba en casa, cuando llegaron el paquete estaba abierto y no llevaban nada de cambio por lo que si quería pagar, tenía que darles propina obligatoriamente (acabé pagando en monedas con tal de no darles el cambio de mi compra).
Por lo demás, estupendo!

Muchas gracias por tu opinión. Te comento algunas cosas sobre el envío que es donde has tenido los problemas. Respecto al horario, tenemos el acuerdo de entrega en 24h de 8:00 a 20:00. Ten en cuenta que el transporte tiene que seguir unas rutas determinadas para poder realizar todas las entregas, y no siempre es posible coincidir con tu horario preferido, cuando lo hacen es más bien un favor que nos hacen, porque no están obligados a ello. En cualquier caso, si vuelves a tener cualquier problema con un envío nos puedes llamar a nosotros para que hablemos con nuestro asesor e intentemos coordinar la entrega mejor.
Respecto al paquete abierto, es la primera vez que tenemos constancia de algo así, pero nunca debes coger un paquete abierto, lo suyo es que no lo aceptes y nos llames inmediatamente para hacer la reclamación a la empresa de transportes.
Y respecto al reembolso, asumimos el error como nuestro, el repartidor muchas veces no tiene cambio, es necesario tener preparado el importe exacto, voy a pasar nota a mis compañeros de informática para que pongan esa información de forma visible en algún sitio.
Para la próxima seguro que las cosas salen mejor :-)

Buena experiencia, rapidez y producto perfecto.
Tengo una pregunta, tenéis productos sin gluten? Pintalabios, eyeliner,etc...así como productos sin gluten que tengan contacto con mucosas y saliva. Cremas corporales y faciales sin gluten? Estaría muy agradecida con su respuesta. Gracias. Lorena.
