Pues fatal. Llegó incompleto y he llamado, y no me han contestado. Mandé un correo, no me contestaron. Días después me hicieron un reembolso del producto que no llegó sin más explicaciones. Yo contaba con ello para la vuelta al cole. Deben mejorar (o, más bien, implementar) un servicio de atención al cliente, porque no es que sea malo, es que parece no existir.
Si están de vacaciones se avisa de antemano y se pide disculpas.
Siendo una empresa grande tampoco creo que eso sea excusa.

Yo pagué por esto, y no llegó. Llamé repetidas veces, mandé correos, y no me respondieron ni me contestaron. Simplemente me llegó un reembolso del importe sin más explicaciones. Me parece un trato al cliente fatal.
