Hola,

Aún no recibo mi pedido porque tenían mal la dirección (no sé por qué). Desde papelstore me atendieron una vez y dijeron que lo solucionarían con quienes hacen el envío, pero ni siquiera se contactaron con ellos porque, cuando finalmente pude hablar con ctt (el número al que ellos mismos dicen que uno llame no funciona, y tuve que llamar a muchos lugares antes de que alguien me respondiera) me dijeron que nadie de papelstore los había contactado, pero que arreglarían la dirección y lo enviarían al día siguiente. He hablado 3 veces con ellos (una hoy en la mañana) y nuevamente nadie me ha contactado para decirme cuándo traerán lo que compré.
