A la hora de realizar el pedido en su página web todo resulta fácil y cómodo.
Mi única objección es que me avisaron de que me entregarían el pedido durante el día y a las 2 de la tarde me mandaron un correo diciendo que no me habían podido entregar el pedido en mi casa porque estaba "ausente".
Teniendo en cuenta la situación actual, y que en ese momento llevaba prácticamente 1 mes sin salir de casa, ese mensaje me resultó hilarante como poco.
Por lo demás, recibí el paquete 2 días después, cuando ya no lo esperaba pues era festivo en la comunidad, lo cual también es de agradecer.

Desastroso el envío, llegó un día tarde. En el seguimiento del envío la empresa de paquetería, el día que debería haber entregado el pedido, abrió incidencia tipicadóndola como ausente: ¡En pleno confinamiento! Aparte, me pongo en contacto por Facebook con atención al cliente de Papelstore y no me contestan. Lamentable.
