El envío fue rápido, el problema fue el estado en el que llegó la caja, no estaba bien precintada y se abría por un lateral, de hecho, hice una fotografía por si faltaba algo (aunque he de decir que estaba todo bien). En cuanto a la tienda, tienen muchos materiales y en general, casi todo bastante bien de precio, pero me parece fatal que con una factura de casi 200€, no sólo no regalan el envío, sino que cobran un plus por peso. Hay que actualizarse, casi ninguna tienda online funciona ya así, normalmente, a partir de un pedido mínimo, el envío es gratuito.

Estimado cliente, antes de nada agradecerle el tiempo que se ha tomado para valorar nuestra gestión. Por desgracia, las tarifas que las empresas de transporte nos ofrecen, siempre están supeditadas a los kg. del envío. En su caso por el tipo de productos que compró, el envío fue mayor a 20 kg. de ahí que tuviéramos que cobrar ese sobrecoste, el cual es bastante menor a lo que nos facturó la agencia por realizar su envío. En cualquier caso seguimos trabajando para intentar ofrecer las mejores tarifas a nuestros clientes, y actualmente, en pedidos mayores a 49€ y con un peso inferior a los 5kg, el envío es totalmente gratis.
