He de mostrar mi descontento con el servicio dado por dicha compra.
Primero me han cobrado 20 euros extras por el peso extra. Y segundo, el transportista nos ha dejado las 10 cajas del pedido a pie de calle porque dice que ellos no lo meten en la oficina.
Tengo que decir que jamás nos había pasado algo así con otros proveedores. En ningún momento se nos aviso que nos dejaba a pie de calle la mercancía. De haberlo sabido, jamás hubiéramos realizado el pedido. Y mucho menos con costes extras de sobrepeso.

El producto es de mi satisfacción.

Con respecto a los plazos de envío, no quedé nada a gusto, pues me dijeron inicialmente que llegaría el 28 de diciembre y llegó el 4 de enero, lo que nos generó bastantes molestias.
