Basicamente te roban el dinero. Hice un pedido en Noviembre (estamos en enero, 2 meses), nunca llegó. Alegan que esta en aduanas, pedimos que nos devuelvan el dinero, y nada. Nos dan largas, nos dicen que van a hablar con el manager (esta desaparecido) He llamado 6 veces, siempre la misma respuesta. Es mejor denunciar con la OCU o a traves de una disputa con la tarjeta de credito. NO COMPREN AQUI. SE QUEDAN CON TU DINERO.

Hola. Nos gustaría aclarar que tanto esta valoración como la de Mimi Oppenheimer, corresponden al mismo pedido realizado el 14 de noviembre por esta última.

El envío tenía como destino Israel. Como es de público conocimiento, la situación actual en la zona ha generado una alerta postal internacional y retrasos significativos. Nuestro operador logístico, PostNL, nos informó de demoras de hasta 6 semanas, confirmando que el paquete tuvo entrada en el país el 17 de diciembre.

Entendemos la frustración por la espera, pero queremos puntualizar lo siguiente:

- Gestión constante: Desde el primer contacto, hemos realizado todas las reclamaciones pertinentes a PostNL para agilizar la entrega o confirmar el estado del paquete.

- Política de reembolsos: Según nuestras condiciones de uso, los reembolsos se emiten cuando el operador postal confirma oficialmente la pérdida. Esto evita duplicidades si el paquete termina entregándose (algo común en aduanas).

- Resolución: Aunque aún no tenemos la confirmación de pérdida por parte de la empresa de transporte, hemos decidido adelantar y realizar hoy mismo el reembolso íntegro de la compra, asumiendo nosotros el coste, al considerar que el tiempo transcurrido ya es excesivo.

Lamentamos que la percepción haya sido de falta de atención; los tiempos de las reclamaciones internacionales no dependen directamente de nuestra voluntad. Seguimos trabajando para dar el mejor servicio posible incluso en destinos con logísticas complejas.
