Pedí el producto con entrega express, pagando el consiguiente incremento ya que lo necesitaba en un plazo máximo de 48 horas y me llegó una semana después.
Al final tuve que comprarlo para seguir el tratamiento con lo cual me ha servido de muy poco. Buenos precios, pero no merece la pena si lo necesitas y confías en los plazos de entrega.

Susana, no puedo quitarte razón en lo que dices, en estas fechas, después de Black Friday, Puente de la Constitución y plena campaña de navidad los transportistas van muy saturados, tenemos pedidos que se entregan con cierta normalidad y otro como el tuyo en los que los plazos se demoran. Por nuestra parte pedirte disculpas y lamentamos mucho saber que tu experiencia no ha sido satisfactoria.
