El pedido llegó a las 24 horas, en ese aspecto genial; pero uno de los productos llegó roto. Y la gestión de postventa no ha sido realmente satisfactoria. Me comentaron que era mas caro recoger que mejor sería que me abonasen un 50% del producto, un poco menos..., quedaron pendiente de mi respuesta. He contestado que ok, y no he recibido confirmación alguna.
Francamente el importe es simbólico, pues la cantidad es menor, pero la gestión no
está siendo buena.
