Hola Joaquín, en relación con tu comentario, no nos queda claro si finalmente adquiriste el producto que mencionas, ya que tras revisar las ventas del día de hoy no hemos encontrado ninguna operación que coincida con la que describes. Para poder ofrecerte una respuesta más precisa, necesitaríamos que nos facilitases más detalles.

No obstante, con la información que nos proporcionas, queremos explicarte lo siguiente: las cremas que contienen permetrina en ciertas concentraciones requieren receta médica para su dispensación. Desconocemos si en otra farmacia te lo han vendido sin receta, pero debemos informarte que, según la normativa vigente, esta práctica no estaría permitida.

Existe una diferencia entre estas cremas y otros productos que también contienen permetrina, como algunos tratamientos antipiojos. Estos últimos, con concentraciones más bajas, sí pueden venderse sin necesidad de receta médica.

Asimismo, queremos aclararte que las cremas con permetrina están disponibles en dos presentaciones, con precios aproximados de 9 € y 17 €. Estos precios están regulados por el Ministerio de Sanidad y no pueden ser modificados por la farmacia, por lo que tu acusación de estafa carece de fundamento y resulta injusta.

Por último, cabe señalar que el personal de esta farmacia está debidamente cualificado, y una de sus funciones es precisamente no dispensar medicamentos sujetos a prescripción médica si no se presenta la correspondiente receta.

Dado que no hemos podido identificar ninguna dispensación reciente de permetrina y no conseguimos concretar a qué venta te refieres, también cabe la posibilidad de que se trate de una confusión con otra farmacia.
