Pille una semana con 2 festivos, así que puedo considerar que fue rápido. lo recogí en correos, por tanto no puedo opinar sobre si la agencia avisa del horario de entrega o no pero sí me gustó la opción de recogerlo en Correos. Los productos eran, mas o menos correctos, por tanto no he tenido que reclamar nada. Lo que si se echa de menos es el envío de algunas muestras para poder probar y decidirte por nuevos productos. Sólo me enviaron las muestras con las que ya contaba porque formaban parte de un supuesto "pack" (sin caja por cierto) y un sobrecito de crema.
Pero, en general, estoy contenta con la compra y la entrega así que recomiendo esta tienda y seguro que volveré a comprar.

Muy bueno. La única decepción es que era para hacer un regalo y al venir sin caja exterior me lo tuve que quedar yo y comprar otra cosa. Yo diría que en la foto original iba todo en una caja (igual fue fallo mio). He tenido la oportunidad de probarlo y me gusta mucho (quizá el olor un poco fuerte pero a mi no me importa). La muestra de los ojos no les quedaba y me mandaron de la serie resveratrol así que, al final, aparte del gasto extra para otro regalo, muy bien.
