He probado un montón de productos para bajar de peso (tengo 51 años). Controlo muchisimo mi alimentación y hago ejercicio de forma regular y hasta que decidí probar estos productos no conseguía rebajar mi grasa abdominal. Realmente están funcionando. No es que sea una pérdida expectacular (con dieta y ejercicio consigo rebajar entre 400-600 gr semanales) pero ¡funciona!. Y lo puedo asegurar porque haciendo exactamente lo mismo que hago ahora he probado otros productos ¡y nada!. También probé sin tomar suplementos y lo mismo. Llega un momento en el que se cae en ´pozo metabólico´ (como lo llamo yo) y sea por motivo que sea te estancas y no te mueves de ahí. Estos productos al menos a mi me están funcionando y estoy encantada. Os diré también que estoy en la temida fase de ´premenopausia´ con desarreglos (aunque me siento estupendamente). Todas mis analíticas de sangre y hormonales están perfectas. Simplemente que de alguna forma mi cuerpo pasó de necesitar x calorias a necesitar menos y se había estancado.
Si tengo que ser sincera era muy exceptica (no creo en productos milagro) pero me animé a probarlos porque no eran un gasto excesivo. Busqué opiniones y tampoco es que encontrase muchas.. así que para mi fue una especie de ´experimento´.
Realmente si alguna está buscando algo que funcione (a partir de cierta edad) yo puedo afirmar que esta línea de Oenobiol si funciona. Un beso a todas. Mucho ánimo y constancia. ¡Se puede!
