El envio ha sido muy lento y tras haber hecho 4 pedidos, la calidad de este ultimo ha descendido, se ven los hilos del cosido. Quedo decepcionada tras haberlo recomendado a mis conocidos.

Lamentamos la demora ya que estamos en fechas con una gran cantidad de demanda y al ser productos elaborados artesanalmente necesitan un tiempo considerable de producción. En los meses de Febrero y Marzo los envíos suelen demorarse más de lo habitual, de todas formas su pedido se realizó el día 31/1 y fué entregado el 07/2 entra dentro de los plazos habituales de entrega. Agradecemos su confianza en nuestros productos.

Solicite a través de la web un postizo para un disfraz , elegido de forma intuitiva sin demasiado conocimiento, me llamaron para explicarme lo que realmente había pedido , les expliqué para que era y súper amablemente , Pilar me oriento sobre lo que necesitaba y me lo hicieron expresamente. El envío perfecto en tiempo y con un embalaje súper cuidado.Una experiencia de Matricula de Honor. Por cierto necesitaba los postizos para hacer los moños de la princesa Leía de Star Wars, asi que no solo dan solución a los conceptos más clásicos.
