Vaya por delante q he comprado varias veces sin ningun problema.
Pero esta ultima vez y desde el pasado lunes estoy a la espera de una devolucion de la compra de un traje el sabado anterio.
Tras la compra me avisaro el lunes de la tienda de valladolid en rio shoping q ya podia ir a por el traje, fui y probe al quedarme pequeño me facilitaron una talla mayor la cual me quede.
Aqui esta problema yo por indicaciones del vendedor pague con tarjeta el traje q me quede, comentandonos q ellos se encargaban de tramitar todo para la devolucion del traje comprado on line.
A dia de hoy lunes 1/08/2017
No se me ha realizado el reintegro en cuenta.
Estoy muy enfadado y preocupado me parece una verguenza cuando yo he tenido q pagar dos trajes uno por adelantado y otro en el momento. Es muchisimo tiempo para hacer una devolucion suponiendo q esta llegue algun dia. UNA PENA POR LA IMAGEN DE SU MARCA.
