Me ha costado llamadas telefónicas, mandar un vídeo demostrativo y varios email que acepten que el popelín hidrófugo era un popelín normal y me devuelvan los escasos 4€ que pagué por él (opción que eligieron ellos, también me hubiera servido que me enviasen el tejido por el que había pagado).
No vuelvo a comprar en ratucos.

Tal y como le indicamos hace dos meses en la reseña que nos dejó en Google, tuvimos tener un error en la preparación de su pedido y como tal le hicimos el abono de la tela comprada.

En ningún momento nos pidió que le enviásemos nuevamente la tela, de hecho es que he vuelto a revisar el mail que nos había enviado.

Vuelvo a decir que lamento el error cometido, creo que nadie está exento de ello, pero escribirnos una reseña negativa después de 2 meses, creo que lo único que se pretende es hacer daño, cuando por nuestra parte jamás se le puso impedimento a la hora de hacer la devolución del importe íntegro de su pedido.

Hola María;

Tal y como hablamos hace dos meses cuando se puso en contacto con nosotros y acto seguido nos dejó su reseña negativa en Google, tuvimos un error en la preparación de su pedido.

Le confirmo que la tela sí es hidrófuga y antibacteriana, pero en su pedido supuestamente enviamos la misma tela pero sin el tratamiento hidrófugo, cosa que nosotros no hemos podido comprobar, ya que para ello lo debe de certificar un laboratorio. Trabajamos la misma tela en los dos acabados, de hecho es el mismo producto, pero un tejido va hidrofugado y el otro no.

Volver a escribirnos una reseña negativa después de dos meses, está en su derecho, pero creo que al final su fin es otro, más que dejar su opinión.

Por nuestra parte, cuando nos hizo la reclamación le hicimos la devolución del importe de su pedido.

Vuelvo a decirle que acepto nuestro error y me disculpop por ello.

Muy contenta en general en mi primer compra, gran variedad y previo ajustado, buen servicio de envio y entrega. Los tejidos son de buena calidad. Sugiero que en tejidos de punto (jersey camiseta y sudadera) se indique qué puños van a juego con el color de la tela (al iguial que haceís con los hilos) porque en las fotos es muy difícil captar el tono exacto y puede llevar a engaño una vez recibido el pedido como me ha pasado a mi.
