Es muy buena idea que cada tela tenga la referencia del hilo que iguala el color, así en caso de duda, se puede comprobar el color en cualquier mercería que tengas a mano. Los colores de las pantallas no suelen mostrar el color exacto

Hola Natalia, Todas las bobinas están completas y jamás venderíamos algo que no fuese así. Quizás la bobina que se envió era la primera en el expositor y la que abriríamos para sacar la hebra y comprobar el color con la tela. Esto es algo que solemos hacer, porque aunque tenemos una carta física de colores, muchas veces la tintada cambia algo y no coincide exactamente con la tela, por eso en caso de duda solemos coger el carrete del expositor, sacamos el inicio de la hebra, comprobamos que sea al tono de la tela y lo volvemos a enrollar. Quizás haya sido por ello que igual no estaba perfectamente enroscado como cuando no se saca la hebra, pero en ningún caso le faltaría ni un centímetro de los 100 que trae el carrete. Gracias no obstante por habernos dejado tu comentario.

La bobina de hilo no venía llena. No volveré a pedir hilo online al no poder comprobarlo previamente.

Hola Natalia,

Todas las bobinas están completas y jamás venderíamos algo que no fuese así.

Quizás la bobina que se envió era la primera en el expositor y la que abriríamos para sacar la hebra y comprobar el color con la tela. Esto es algo que solemos hacer, porque aunque tenemos una carta física de colores, muchas veces la tintada cambia algo y no coincide exactamente con la tela, por eso en caso de duda solemos coger el carrete del expositor, sacamos el inicio de la hebra, comprobamos que sea al tono de la tela y lo volvemos a enrollar. Quizás haya sido por ello que igual no estaba perfectamente enroscado como cuando no se saca la hebra, pero en ningún caso le faltaría ni un centímetro de los 100 que trae el carrete.
