Todo genial,rapidez y calidad. Quizá podría mejorarse la atención al cliente. Llamé por teléfono y escribí un correo para ampliar pedido pero nunca me han contestado. Por lo demás, todo bien.

Hola,
siento la sensación que se ha llevado. Nuestro horario de atención es de 10 a 18 hs de lunes a viernes. Es probable que nos haya llamado fuera del horario de trabajo, ya que nuestro teléfono está operativo y me extraña que no haya podido contactar con nosotros.

Así mismo he comprobado los mails, por si se nos hubiese quedado sin contestar y con la dirección de mail con la que nos ha dejado la reseña, no veo ningún e-mail.

Siempre, exceptuando los picos en la pandemia, estamos dispuestos a modificar / ampliar pedidos sin ningún problema.

Agradezco su reseña y vuelvo a decir que lamento la sensación que se ha llevado.

Desde la información aportada de sus productos en la web, que es bastante amplia hasta el embalaje de los pedidos, con sumo detalle, el envío tan rápido de un día para otro y la inmediata respuesta en atención al cliente. ¿Qué más se puede pedir? Muchas tiendas online deberían aprender de Ratucos.
