Es la primera vez que hacía un pedido con ratucos y la verdad me quedado enamorada de las telas que tiene y además cuando recibes el paquete es una maravilla. Se nota que le ponen muchas ganas y amor con lo que hacen. Atienden muy amablemente y con mucha profesionalidad todas las dudas que he tenido. Para mi un 10. 100% recomendables. A partir de ahora pasan a ser mi primera elección.

Simplemente genial!! Son encantadoras, siempre dispuestas a ayudar aún estando desbordadas de trabajo! Siempre tienen la amabilidad de atender a nuestras dudas! No había comprado nunca telas con ellos, pero después de la experiencia, sin duda serán mi primera elección! Telas se ven de muy buena calidad y los estampados son una monada. Sin duda repetiré.

Hola. La tela genial. Os escribí un mensaje para ver si podía pediros goma, pero me supongo que con tanto follón con la gente que no tiene consideración y los problemas con la página, no os dio tiempo a verlo. Quería haceros una consulta. Vi que os quedaba tela sin vender. Entiendo que con tanta historia, hayáis parado. Os explico. Necesitamos hacer mascarillas por tema de trabajo. Los educadores sociales somos una gran parte olvidada de todo este tema, y queremos hacer mascarillas para el trabajo. Al final estamos en contacto con población de riesgo y ya sumado al covid, pues ni te cuento. Quería saber si vais a volver a sacar tela a la venta, o tenéis otras opciones de compra. Realicé el pedido cuando me llegó una notificación al correo de que ya estaba disponible la sarga hidrófuga y antibacteriana. El pago se procesó pero no se guardó el pedido ni me llegó correo de confirmación. Esto fue de madrugada. El lunes por la mañana llamé y todo quedó solucionado. Buscaron mi pago, generaron un nuevo pedido, y en 2 días en casa!!!
