Hola, su pedido se realizó el día 29 de Junio (viernes) y se entregó el día 04 (martes), teniendo en cuenta que su pedido era para Italia, sinceramente, no entiendo que nos indique el servicio ha sido malo. Un paquete que ha sale un viernes y se entrega el martes en Italia, creo que el servicio ha sido excelente.

La batista está muy bien pero no le doy 5 estrellas porque quería color crudo y aunque en la foto lo parece, realmente es de un color amarillo pálido o vainilla, pero no es crudo, así que no la puedo usar para lo que tenía previsto y tendré que comprar otra.

Tiene razón. La imagen corresponde a un tono de forro que nos enviaron y el de la partida reciente sí es más vainilla. Cambiaremos la imagen.

Preciosa tela y magnífico servicio el de Ratucos. Una propuesta para todas las telas con dibujos con una única dirección, como esta, sería indicar la misma con respecto a la orilla de la tela. Eso facilitaría los cálculos, pues no es lo mismo un dibujo paralelo a la orilla que cruzado respecto a la orilla. Muchísimas gracias.

Generalmente todas las telas van estampadas de orillo a orillo, es decir, con el motivo en horizontal. Cuando las telas llevan el estampado en vertical, que es lo que no es habitual, sí se expecifica en la tela para que así se puedan hacer los cálculos de tejido. En este caso, la tela lleva el estampado en horizontal y por ello nunca se especifica, ya que es lo habitual.
