Pues me lo mandaron a la dirección de facturación. No a la dirección de entrega como bien puse en las observaciones. Y siempre me gusta que me metan dentro del paquete la factura y está vez sólo me mandasteis el alvaran. Por lo demás bien. Gracias

Buenas tardes Soledad,

En el pedido no nos consta ninguna otra dirección que no sea la indicada. Todo se genera de manera automática, por lo que se envía siempre a la dirección que figura en el pedido, ya que nosotros no generamos la etiqueta. Si comprueba la factura que le llegó cuando hizo el pedido verá que la dirección que puso es donde se lo han entregado.

Respecto al envío de facturas, todos nuestros pedidos se envían siempre con albarán sin valorar por protección de datos. Creemos que esta es la mejor manera porque así se mantiene la confidencialidad de la mercancía comprada porque muchas veces hay compras que se envían a terceros y así protegemos la intimidad de quien compra. No obstante, cuando realiza el pedido, de manera automática envía un mail con un enlace para descargar la factura, la misma que puede descargar en el apartado MI HISTORIAL de su cuenta de cliente.
