Lo recibí con el temor que fueran los sobres frágiles y pestosos que últimamente venden por otros sitios de papelería y me llevé una grata sorpresa después de haber sido convencido por una agente de la empresa. Son como los que quería y a un buen precio.

El sobre es espectacular, con una textura muy buena y el color es precioso. El envío fue rapídismo y han llegado los sobres en perfectas condiciones. Antes de este pedido, ya hice otro pedido de muestras y fue igualmente satisfactorio. Recomendable al 100%.

Gracias por dejar su valoración

La factura se la enviamos adjunta en PDF el día 15-05-2020 a las 13:58 en un correo electrónico cuyo asunto es "Tu pedido en Sobrestore ya está completo." No obstante le reiteramos que si no encuentra el correo, háganoslo saber y se la enviamos de nuevo.

Siempre enviamos la factura ya que lo tenemos automatizado para clientes no registrado, la enviamos antes de que llegue el paquete a su destino. Con respecto a lo que nos indica solo hemos tenido noticias suyas por correo una vez, y le contestamos inmediatamente.

Esperamos que todo este solucionado.
