Realicé hace unos días un pedido del modelo de sobre 145x200 Biotop y he de decir que no me enviaron el modelo correcto pero llamé y me lo solucionaron rápido. Me llegaron los sobres que yo había comprado antes que se pasara el repartidor por los erróneos sin ningún tipo de coste. Volveré a comprar porque son de calidad y tienen un buen servicio.
