El producto perfecto, no tengo quejas respecto a él. De la atención al cliente no puedo hablar, así que le doy tres puntos en beneficio de la duda. Sin embargo el envío fatal, la culpa no ha sido de Sportvity, es más el paquete llegó en su tiempo a correos, pero correos no ha cumplido con el plazo. Es más tuve que personarme en la oficina para recogerlo y no me lo entregaron porque decía la chica que no estaba allí...

Hemos hablado con Correos para investigar que paso y ya se ha mandado una queja desde nuestra responsable de cuenta a la delegación con la que tuviste el problema.

Vamos a proceder a realizarte ele reembolso de los portes porque consideramos que la gestión logistica no fue la deseada en nuestras entregas.

Esperamos que conesta solución puedas reconsiderar tu opinión de nosotros y que esta mejore.

Hola paulina.

Hemos revisado tu opinión y tenemos que darte la razon porque se realizo un servico logistico que no es aceptable en cuanto a la gestión del envio y en cuanto al plazo de entrega que se demoro mas de lo habitual.

En consecuencia vamos a proceder a realizarte el reembolso de los portes que pagaste por el envio del pedido.

Creemos que es lo menos que podemos hacer y esperamos que esta reaccion ante ttu opinion en el servico que te realizamos haga que que puedas cambiar tu valoracion y darnos una puntuación global mejor.
