El producto y la atencion al cliente muy bien. El envio fue un poco desajustado. Tardo 4 dias y no hicieron caso a las anotaciones de la hora de entrega. Puse entrega entre las 7:30 y las 15:00 horas. Y me llamaron a las 18:00. Finalmente tuvieron que entregar en el negocio de un vecino. Por lo demas muy bien. Volveria a comprar en Todocama.

Gracias por su valoración, Emerita. La almohada viscoelástica Aloe-Vera tiene una densidad media-alta tal y como recomienda la OMS. Una almohada más blanda podría ocasionarle, con el paso del tiempo, problemas cervicales. Todo cambio necesita un periodo de adaptación. En cualquier caso, si no puede usarla, siempre puede realizar una devolución atendiendo a nuestras políticas de cambios y devoluciones.
Que tenga un buen descanso.

Compra perfecta. Todo según lo descrito. Teniamos un colchon nuevo que resulto ser demasiado duro... ahora con el tupper de viescolástica resulta mucho más confortable, sin quedar undidos en la cama. Nuestra experiencia es muy positiva.
