A pesar de tener mi número de móvil, no lo utilizaron para entregar el envío en la fecha prevista. En el informe, constaba que yo no estaba en casa cuando, en realidad, sí que estaba. De hecho, estuve en casa TODA LA TARDE, esperando a que llegara su producto. Eso me obligó a ponerme en contacto con su oficina para fijar una nueva fecha de entrega, con la consabida pérdida de tiempo y energía. Una vez que protesté y amenacé con devolverlo, entonces, sí que utilizaron mi móvil para ponerse pactar el horario.

Gracias por su comentario, siempre nos ayuda a mejorar. Las compañías intentan realizar el reparto con la mayor rapidez posible. Cierto es, que en el primer informe que nos indicó la compañía constaba como ausente en casa. Las compañías de transporte cuentan con un número muy grande de empleados y no siempre son efectivos al 100%. Decidle que en Todocama hicimos todo lo posible para que la entrega fuera lo más breve posible. Una vez salen los pedidos de nuestras instalaciones, son las empresas de transporte las encargadas de entregar el paquete a su destinatario; aun así, cuando algún cliente, como usted, se pone en contacto con nosotros indicándonos que todavía no ha recibido el paquete, hacemos tanto en cuanto está en nuestras manos. Ante todo disculparnos por las molestias ocasionadas y esperamos que siga confiando en Todocama.

la empresa encargada del envio hizo una cosa que en mi opinión NO se debe de hacer nunca y es dejar el pedido en casa de un vecino SIN el consentimiento previo del cliente. Porque en mi caso llamaron a mi mujer una vez lo habian dejado precisamente en casa de mi vecino con el cual no me hablo.No hare mas pedidos si la politica de la empresa de mensajeria es dejar los pedidos donde sea con tal de no volver una segunda vez si el cliente no esta.
