La atención fue muy buena y el envío rápido y eficaz. Me encantó la mercancía, no decepciona en cuanto a lo que se ve en la web. Excelente trato personalizado desde el momento en que realizas tu pedido. En el primer pedido tuve mala suerte, porque pedí 2 edredones y un par de juegos de sábanas, pero al parecer, el proveedor ya no las tenía para cama de 90 cm. No dudaron en llamarme y comunicarmelo, por si quería el reembolso o ofrecerme otra alternativa. Me pillaron fuera de casa y opté por el reembolso de las mismas. Sin problema alguno, en todo momento te informan sobre la situación de tus pedidos y te dan puntos por cada compra, que tratan como dto
En tu siguiente pedido. Son precios muy competitivos. Lo recomiendo, sobre la calidad imagino que será buena, porque son primeras marcas, pero estoy de reformas y la verdad, es que aún he estrenado nada de lo comprado. Eso sí, seguiré comprando en Tónica Hogar.
Respecto al transportista, muy bien, te lo suben a casa y no tardan mucho.
