Despues de ver algunas reviews esperaba que fuese un PLA de calidad que me aportara integridad estructural en mis piezas, pero las capas se pegan fatal, mucho peor que cualquier PLA que haya fundido hasta ahora y era tremendamente frágiles. Quizás sea problema de mi impresora o de los parametros de impresión.... pero por ahora mi impresión ha sido esta, muuuy negativa y decepcionante y más tras una entrega que dejo mucho que desear.

Me dejaron esperando la entrega del pedido simplemente porque el repartidor no le salio de las narices hacer la entrega, la antención de tresding dejo mucho que desear pues no intentaron para nada forzar la entrega, se limitaron a justificar la situación y a dejarme esperando

Answer Tresding

Tras revisar el pedido podemos ver que en el segundo intento de entrega, tras facilitarles la dirección completa a Correos Express, pudieron entregar el paquete sin problemas. Entendemos que pueda estar molesto que Correos Express informase que le iban a entregar el paquete en una fecha y finalmente no pudo hacerlo hasta el día siguiente.

Por otro lado, no entendemos el malestar con Tresding. En todo momento estuvimos reclamando a la empresa de transportes y les facilitamos la dirección completa de su domicilio para agilizar la entrega. El pedido entró el día 19/01 pero a una hora que no dio margen suficiente para que lo pudiesen recoger el mismo día, Correos Express lo recogió el día 20/01 y se lo han entregado el día 23/01. Cuando realizó el pedido le informamos que la entrega en una dirección de Baleares podría tardar unos 5 días y finalmente han sido 4 días (3 días de tránsito del paquete).

Gracias por compartir su experiencia, nos será muy útil para seguir mejorando. Saludos.

Página correcta, con mucha información, el envío fue correcto, tardo una semana en llegar, pero hay que tener en cuenta las inundaciones y cortes de carretera que hubo esos dias
