La compañía de transporte cuando trajo el paquete llamó al timbre lo tiró al suelo y se fue sin molestarse en esperar a ver si había alguien en casa. Con esta entrega ya es la 3 vez que hacen lo mismo. Pero los productos estaban buenísimos, en cuanto pueda espero poder repetir la compra. Aunque la compañía de transporte que utilizan (SEUR) me hace echarme para atrás en otra compra.

En primer lugar, queremos disculparnos ante este grave incidente, lamentamos que le haya ocurrido esto con la empresa de transporte.
En segundo lugar, agradecerle este comentario, gracias a ello podemos ir mejorando cada día.
Ya hemos comunicado lo ocurrido y confiamos en que no vuelva a suceder. Aprovechamos para informarle que trabajamos también con otras compañías por si en su próximo pedido prefiere elegir alguna de ellas, solo deberá comunicarnoslo (vía chat, mail o telefónica) antes de finalizar su pedido y lo enviaremos como usted prefiera.
Comunicarle que intentamos siempre trabajar con las mejores compañías para que llegue todo perfecto y a tiempo pero, por desgracia, a veces puede ocurrir alguna incidencia.

Yo ya conocía la tienda, pero aún no me había atrevido a pedir online y la verdad es que repetiré.
Llegó muy rápido, bien envasado e indicado el tiempo en cada paquete (cosa que para las que no somos muy entendidas es muy práctica)
Los sabores tanto del té como de las infusiones muy logrados y muy ricos.
El happy slim ha sido un descubrimiento, me ha sorprendido muy gratamente.
Además me mandaron muestras de otros tés y un bombón riquísimo.
Sin duda repetiré tanto en la tienda si voy a Soria como online. Seguid así!
