Puede ser un caso aislado pero el envío tardó una semana cuando te dicen dos días. Mala gestión por parte de la tienda o de las empresas de paquetería ya que, te dan un número de envió para hacer el seguimiento y resulta que cuando lo vas a mirar, tu pedido no figura en ningún sitio. Mando un correo par informar de la incidencia (cosa que tendrían que hacer ellos) y contestan con aires de grandeza diciendo que ellos han respetado los plazos de envío, por lo que entiendo que el problema es mío si no me ha llegado el pedido a tiempo. Hola Alejandro siento que tuviese una mala experiencia con la mensajería, en ocasiones nosotros no podemos controlar lo que pasa en cada paquete durante su entrega y si hay retrasos por culpa de las inclemencias del tiempo no se pueden evitar, aqui le dejo todo su proceso tanto de envio y de recogida para pueda valorar que nuestro trabajo esta bien realizado y que en todo caso si se ha restrasado la entrega es por causas ajenas a la tienda.
