Todavía no lo he recibido, lo pedí el lunes por la mañana, no sé si tendrá que ver algo el puente, pero me resulta extraño viendo que a todo el mundo le ha llegado tan rápido...no tengo correo de seguimiento del pedido por parte de nacex ni ningún otro dato, la web me envió un correo diciendo que estaba enviado el miércoles...

Tardó algo más de un día en llegar la transferencia bancaria cosa que es normal al no ser el mismo banco, pero el envío fue genial, en 24h lo tenía en la dirección que indiqué, con la previa llamada para confirmar asistencia, que por cierto es un bar familiar, tenía algo de lío y el repartidor de Nacex tuvo el detalle de esperar a que terminara de atender sin impacientar por entregar el pedido. Muy contenta con la atención al cliente y el envío, Gracias!!!

Envío en 3 días por Nacex. Buen servicio al cliente ya que me contestaron una duda por email en menos de 24h aunque eché en falta un número de tlf de contacto. IPad recibido perfecto, nuevo con factura y precintado.

Me ha parecido flipante la rapidez del envío. Lo pedí un martes a las 20h de la tarde y lo he recibido un jueves a las 10h de la mañana. La pega que le pongo es que cobren 0'45% de más por pago con tarjeta o un 6% de más por pagar con PayPal.

Todavía no lo he recibido.La compra fue el sabado dia 4 de octubre,recibi confirmacion de envio el martes 9 y hoy, a 11 de Octubre no lo he recibido.Me parece muy lento el envío.
En cuanto a la atención, se agradecen los correos indicando el estado.
