Francamente demencial. He realizado tres pedidos con Vds. y las tres veces me he visto obligado a cambiar de datos, mail y demás. Imposible y con muchas dificultades, o no coincide el mail, o la clave... Tres pedidos, tres cuentas diferentes. A la siguiente ya no sé...
Por lo demás, la calidad y el servicio, DIEZ. La última vez, Correos tardó 10 días en entregar... sin más.

Respecto al tiempo de entrega de su último pedido realizado el 19 de diciembre, nos figura como entregado y firmado con su DNI el día 23 de diciembre. Solo tardó 3 días teniendo en cuenta que el 19 era domingo y su envío era de 48/72h.

Pues pone entregado y yo no recibí nada todavía. Ya he abierto incidencia. Con lo cual, muy mal. Se trataba además de un documento sensible. Espero que no ande por aí perdido.

Antes de nada, te pedimos disculpas por el retraso al recibir tu pedido de Pegatinas del Club Peugeot 308 T9, elegiste la opción de envío por Carta Ordinaria (Sin Seguimiento) 0,85€, esta forma de envío, como avisamos al hacer el pedido puede tardar mucho en llegar o que incluso Correos pueda perder la carta.

No obstante, te pedimos paciencia, las cartas de este tipo acaban llegando antes o después.

Para próximas ocasiones, te recomendamos que elijas otro tipo de envío que si disponga de seguimiento, aunque este sea más caro.
