Estamos revisando su caso y efectivamente hay un error en la entrega, al aparecernos como entregado el día 14 de Enero, imaginabamos que había sido entregado correctamente, pero vemos que en el día 18 envió una queja a la agencia porque no recibió su pedido.

Procedemos a interponer una reclamación para que nos aclaren que ha ocurrido.

He pedido la tarjeta de Aesa por 2 caras y la verdad que muy contento, pedido efectuado el lunes y el martes estaba en casa.

Súper rápido y buena comunicación.

Genial todo, las tarjetas súper bien impresas, me baje una aplicación para comprobar el código qr y se válida muy bien. En cuanto al envío rapidísimo para ser a canarias lo enviaron el día 7 y llegó hoy día 11 de enero.
Al enviar los pdf tuve un error en uno de ellos y enseguida contactaron conmigo.
Estoy súper contenta con todo el servicio por lo que se los recomiendo al 100% este no será mi único pedido.
