Estos cerdos han visto las bellotas en fotografías, entiendo que son cursos ibéricos por la morfología de las patas , pero se nota que las bellotas las han olido , hay que ser un poco tonto para no darse cuenta , evidentemente no lea volveré a encargar ningún jamón mas , he comido de cebo al 50 por ciento duroc mucho más ricos , aquí prevalece la barato sale caro y los lomos solo saben a pimentón, que lleváis tantos años curando jamones ? Aprender a hacerlo y utilizar buenos productos
