El envío ha sido rápido, los zapatos estaban bien protegidos y las cajas llegaron en buen estado.
No he usado la atención al cliente, era más rápido consultar la guía de tallas de otra zapatería online (que me informó de que vulva-bicha no ofrece guía de tallas, pero tuvieron la amabilidad de responder mi consulta en 4 minutos), que contactar con vosotros. No contacté porque la escasa información de cada zapato que compré me hizo pensar que la respuesta no sería rápida. Quiero que toméis mi opinión como una crítica constructiva, porque facilitar toda la información posible en la venta online es un punto importante que podéis mejorar sin gran esfuerzo.
No será mi última compra en vuestra tienda. Gracias!

Pros:
Sandalias de lona respetuosas, muy cómodas, flexibles, ligeras, bonitas y a precio inmejorable! Plantilla extraíble, aptas para los pies anchos y con empeine alto de mi hijo: el velcro se abrocha totalmente, sin dejar un antiestético trozo visible, que, aparte de pegársele todo, sujetaría menos el pie.
Entrega rápida y buena información del estado del pedido.

Contras:
Deberíais mejorar la descripción de cada calzado, porque es más un telegrama que una descripción. E incluir una guía de tallas para cada marca (al menos en zapato infantil), así no tendría que buscar la medida -largo y ancho- de la plantilla en otras zapaterías online
