Tardaron bastante en el envio, desde que hice el pedido hasta que me lo enviaron pasaron casi dos semanas. Pero el trato en todo momento ha sido muy bueno y se han preocupado por cambiarme modelos que ya no tenían en las tallas que había pedido por otro muy parecido

Muy atento el vendedor, ha contactado directamente para confirmar que efectivamente no coincide la zapatilla recibida con la descripción del producto solicitado, ofreciendo una respuesta alternativa para que pueda comprobar , que aunque no es la misma descripción que indica en la pagina de amazon, la zapatilla, según me comenta, sigue siendo de la misma calidad. Rapidez y atención.

Las compré y pasada una semana como no venían llamé y resulta que no había en el almacén por un error de la web estaban disponibles cuando en realidad no había stock. Nadie me avisó ni me llamó para decirmelo. Volví a comprar, pues siempre han tenido buen servicio y buenos productos, aunque no tuvieron ningún detalle por el error. Y esta vez llegaron, aunque dos días más tarde de lo que me habían dicho y nuevamente sin avisar del retraso.
La próxima vez me lo pensaré antes de comprar, una pena pues siempre les compraba.
