He repetido de color. Las compre en grises para las dos y esta vez sólo quedaba una talla en azul marino. Son muy cómodas y bonitas para las niñas, se ajustan con la tira de velcro que es muy larga (se podría hacer más corta) . Al se efecto charol siempre están relucientes. Relación calidad precio excelente

No tenian la talla de unos zapatos del pedido y contactaron conmigo para cambiar la talla o por otro modelo similar. Fueron muy rápidos y evolutivos.

Los zapatos son muy bonitos y se les ve de muy buena calidad. Necesité ayuda del vendedor y enseguida contactó conmigo y me resolvió todo. Totalmente recomendable.

En la mañana de hoy, he recibido los dos pares de zapatillas deportivas de señora marca FERGAR.

En el paquete había dos cajas de zapatos, una de CRUAN con un par de zapatillas modelo FERGAR núm. 39 correcta y otro par de zapatillas en otra caja de zapatos de FERGAR, con un par de zapatillas modelo FERGAR núm. 35 erróneamente

Los dos pedidos los hice el día 23/12/2018 el primero a las 20,26 horas y el segundo a las 20,40 horas, los dos son
para mi esposa y deben de ser cómo consta en el pedido del número 39.

Ya me dirán Vds. cómo solucionamos esta incidencia, a satisfacción de ambas partes.
