Compré unas botas de agua de peppa pig y vinieron con la suela sucia, con la etiqueta cortada y con manchas en una de las botas. Me puse en contacto con la tienda y me dijeron que no se podía considerar defecto y no me las cambiaban por otro par ya que venían así de fábrica y que en las fotos venían las manchas. Que Casualidad que para los números 27,28 y 29 de ese modelo tienen las mismas fotos, todos con las manchas y sin avisar al cliente? Por foto no se aprecia si hay manchas y mucho menos puedes pensar que al comprar un producto nuevo te lo envíen así. Me parece fatal que no lo avisen en la web y vendan productos nuevos así con defecto. Son regalo para una sobrina por Reyes pero sino la gustan o no la valen haré el uso del derecho a devolución. Así se lo manifesté en un correo a la empresa. Doy mi opinión para que pueda ayudar a otros clientes.
