Hubo un problema con un zapato, y ahi es donde puedes valorar realmente la atencion al Cliente. No llegaron a enviármelo, porque revisaron el producto y vieron la tara. Al ser el ultimo par me enviaron una foto, unas disculpas y la opcion de quedarmelo o anular esa parte del envio, o sustituirlo. Eso es eficiencia.

Personalmente me ha ido fatal ,pedí unos botines de flamenco para las fiestas de mi pueblo ,tuve que llamar varias veces para q el pedido fuese urgente y cuando llega resulta q viene un zapato 10 números mas grandes del q había pedido....

Disculpe las molestias Pepi. Fue un error humano por lo que le pedimos sinceras disculpas. Evidentemente a ustedes no le valieron pues era Urgente y no tenía los zapatos. Intentamos corregirlo pero ya no daba tiempo. Hemos tomado medidas para que eso no vuelva a ocurrir.

Las sandalias son monìsimas y muy còmodas gracias a su plantilla de gel. La ùnica "pega" es que la parte de atràs podrìa ser algo màs mullida ya que es una zona donde se suelen hacer rozaduras. Por lo demàs las recomiendo sin ninguna duda.
