Las zapatillas de lona que compré para mí hija, la tira que metes por la hebilla está mal hecha.. Muy ancha muy larga y tube que hacerle otro agujero. También la suela la tiene lisa sin dibujo..por lo que puede resvalar...por lo demás bién...pero no están muy bién hechas..no las compraría más aquí. Gracias.

No me parece correcto el que tenga que abonar 5 € por una devolución, que se debió a un error de talla.
Me enviaron la talla 35 porque es la primera que aparece al elegir talla, cuando yo creía que había seleccionado la 40.
En el correo que me enviaron con la confirmación del pedido, no aparecían los datos del pedido claramente.
Cuando hablé por teléfono con un empleado , me comentó que ese error les había ocurrido a más clientes , por lo que pienso que deberían asegurarse de que el pedido es correcto, llamando al teléfono que se nos pide en los datos, antes de proceder al envío, sobre todo cuando se trata de la primera talla que aparece y con más razón al COBRAR POR LA DEVOLUCIÓN.

Hola Pilar. Gracias por su valoración aunque esta sea negativa. Sentimos que se haya equivocado al elegir la talla pero no podemos saber si un cliente se equivoca o no al realizar el pedido ya que no podemos hacer una llamada telefónica a todos ellos para ver si han elegido bien el número porque a muchos clientes le molestaría dicha acción. Efectivamente le dijimos que ha pasado alguna vez el que el cliente cometa un error, pero igualmente pasa en Amazon u otras Webs que por defecto está el número más pequeño. Los gastos de la devolución los hemos compartido pues en la misma se realizan 2 envíos certificados Urgentes, un envío de ida y otro de vuelta. Lamentamos no haber hecho una excepción con usted, pero sería injusto para otros clientes. Los envíos son gratuitos siempre que supere los 15 Euros de compra pero no así las devoluciones o cambios. Valoramos en un futuro poner los cambios gratuitos pero para ello tendríamos que subir algo el precio de los artículos y de momento preferimos seguir así pensando que en la mayoría de los casos nuestros clientes ahorran dinero si no hay devoluciones o cambios. Muchas gracias y disculpe las molestias
