pues no he quedado muy conforme, que pida un zapato (zapatilla de cañamo)de mi numero y no me entre por quedarme estrecha, cuando siempre las he comprado y nunca he tenido ese problema...siempre se dice que depende del fabricante, culpa mia por comprar por internet sin probarmelo antes.
en cuanto a la devolucion, me parece una pasada que cobreis 5€ al recibir la mercancia si llega en buen estado... ¿y si llega en mal estado no cobrais nada?
como se dice siempre, al final lo barato sale caro. Yo no volvere a compraros tras mi experiencia, ni os recomiendo

Gracias por su valoración Auxiliadora y sentimos su disconformidad con el servicio. Debemos añadir que le hemos contestado a sus e-mails de forma rápida y concisa pero las soluciones para hacer el cambio no le han gustado. Las alpargatas Valencianas hechas en España marca Torres que ha comprado calzan totalmente normal y por ello no podemos otorgarle la devolución gratuita. El envío inicial ha sido gratis. Sería un agravio comparativo darle a usted el envío y devolución o cambio gratis cuando las Valencianas fueron adquiridas por 15,95 Euros con envío gratis y no presentan ningún defecto. Sería un agravio comparativo con otros clientes. Le hemos vuelto a escribir un e-mail para que compruebe la talla de la misma. El cambio de número le costaría 5 Euros y nosotros nos ocuparíamos de los envíos de ida y de vuelta. Muchas gracias y disculpe las molestias
