Supongo que bien, pero no he tenido que contactar con ellos. Yo no he tenido ningún problema con la talla, pero no me parece bien que te cobren los gastos de envío en cambios y devoluciones, en otras webs esto, es totalmente gratuito.

Gracias por su valoración Elena. Sentimos que las sandalias menorquinas no le sean cómodas. Son sandalias mallorquinas de piel hechas en España y No hemos tenido esa percepción de otros clientes, pero debido a su valoración negativa, haremos un seguimiento y si a otras personas le ocurre lo mismo, las quitaremos del catálogo.
