pues el envío me lo realizaron el 04/05/18, no se porque razón a fecha de hoy 10/05/18 no me ha llegado, se que se lo devolvieron a la tienda porque a mi me gusta seguir el localizador de envíos y la tienda se enteró por mí. Quedaron en avisarme en lo que habia pasado, al día siguiente me pidieron dni se comprende que falto en la factura y aduana lo retira, pero el dni lo tienen ellos porque soy cliente registrado y hasta la fecha no he sabido nada más. Ayer mismo volví hacer otro encargo 09/05/18 y todavia no me lo han enviado 10/05/18 las 19:15 ni me han mandado email confirmando nada, y este me urge, así se lo hize saber cuando lo compre por la web y me repito ni me lo enviado ni me han dicho nada. Lo que opino es que se cobra sobre la marcha pero te lo envían cuando puedan o las 48 horas. Al final va hacer mejor comprar en tienda física pago y me lo llevo

Las zapatillas de señora no se corresponden con las expectativas, ya había usado este producto anteriormente, en este caso la forma de las zapatillas no se corresponde con la foto, ya que las enviadas tienen la puntera cuadrada en vez de redondeada y mal acabada, además son muy anchas. Con el producto estoy descontenta. El envío ha sido rapido y correcto.
