Son exactamente como en la foto, muy bonitos. Tuve un par de percances porque llegaron con un par de defectos, pero el vendedor muy atento supo solucionarlo de inmediato. Constantemente bien atendida e informada del estado. Excelente vendedor.

Me llegaron los zapatos tarde a pesar de contratar el servicio de entrega más rápido, pero eso me supongo que es problema de la compañía de reparto. Respecto al zapato, trae una tara... intentaré solucionarlo

Buenas tardes Carmen,

Pidió el artículo después de las 14horas del viernes (sábado y domingo no trabaja MRW), y es por ello que su pedido salió el Lunes y le llegó el Martes en los tiempos previstos. Si volviera a hacer un pedido después de las 14h y desea que le llegue al día siguiente, avísenos por teléfono para tenerlo en cuenta y quizás se lo podamos enviar para que le llegue a tiempo.
