Creo que el aparato deberia llevar manuales en español y que a su vez el aparato tambien deberia tener incorporado el idioma en español.

Atención al cliente da mucho no, muchísimo que desear. Por teléfono es imposible contactar con ellos por mucho que llames. Si les mandas un ticket te contestan con una respuesta que debes hacerlo en otro departamento. Para devolver una torre de pc me hacen pagar los gastos de envío los cuales son 28 euros, crees que vale la pena mandar la torre y perder 28 euros, en cuanto a ellos les cuesta 7 euros el envio. Si no quieres problemas de este tipo ya sabes dónde no comprar, yo por lo menos no volveré hacerlo y eso que me gasté unos 600 euros comprando las piezas de un PC gaming, pensando que me ahorraría unos euros, pero no. Ahora me tengo que tragar una torre que no quiero por no perder 28 euros y venderla de segunda mano .

Tuve que hacer este pedido, porqué hicimos el mismo pedido con referenciaKPIISALYQ y consta como entregado y nosotros no lo recibimos. Os he estado llamando muchas veces para ver a quien se lo habiais entregado pero nunca me habeis cogido el telefono. Me gustaria tener vuestra respuesta. El pedido estaba a nombre de Ernest Cañadas y con otro correo. Era un regalo y nos ha supuesto un contratiempo. Espero aclarar este incidente. Supongo que recibiré noticias pronto. Atentamente.

No tengo una opinión nada positiva del servicio de x3media. Tengo un ticket abierto y todavía está sin solucionar. Quería devolver un decodificador se lo he enviado y por ahora no me han devuelto el dinero. De todas formas confío en tener una respuesta positiva y una devolución.
