Cómo productos profesionales sin duda no hay comparación,pero hay vendedor@s que no son tan profesionales. El simple hecho de ir a por un champú sin sulfatos y que me ofrezcan uno sin sulfatos para cabellos teñidos sin preguntar si lo llevo teñido,es un fallo grave. Si no le llegó a decir que mi pelo es natural me lo vende. Cómo vendedora que soy,cuando una clienta te pide un artículo debes hacerle algunas preguntas más para saber qué es lo que realmente necesita,ya que champús sin sulfatos hay muchos pero depende de las características del cabello necesitas uno u otro. Desde luego no volveré a comprar.

¡De vergüenza! Llamo porque uno de sus productos (un tinte de pestañas) está en mal estado, y después de 20 min, el producto no sube. Les mando un whatsapp, no contestan, los llamo y me pasan por 4 personas diferentes para decirme que me cambian el producto por otro pero que el ENVIO debo pagarlo yo, cuando ya pague el envío de pedido, ahora también el de devolución. De vergüenza, digo que quiero poner una reclamación y para evitar que se la ponga me dicen que como ha pasado 15 días (19 en total, sin contar festivos) no me lo pueden devolver aunque aun así debería pagar el envio yo, no me dan opciones, sólo que debo pagar la devolución y me he negado y he dicho que quería poner una reclamación. Adjunto el tinte después de 25 min (debería estar azul oscuro y está gris-marrón medio).

No recomiendo esta página web, son unos incompetentes incapaces de contentar a sus clientes. Finalmente, nos devolvieron el dinero del tinte.
